Nicole Brickhouse
Licensed Title Agent-Owner

With a thirty-three-year career in the title insurance industry, Nicole is considered a master in her field. She has the knowledge to provide incredible service to her customers, as well as the experience of being a proficient leader and an elite contributor to innovative motions that propel the industry forward. Her attention to detail with organizational strategies, commitment to the latest technology, and extensive knowledge in the industry enhances her ability to provide impeccable outcomes for her customers and company. It is undeniable that Nicole strives to engage in informed and intentional communication in all she does, while also providing an equitable approach to her work, that allows her the unique opportunity to personalize services, dependent upon the needs of each individual. .

She has experience in business management, sales, marketing, multimedia marketing, and residential, commercial, REO and foreign investment transactions. Nicole also has extensive title curative and commercial transaction experience. Her vast knowledge and remarkable experience come from owning and operating many different companies. She has owned four title companies, a mortgage company, insurance company, and a title services and consulting firm. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President to one of the largest independent title agencies in the state of Florida. Nicole is continuously searching for ways to grow her competence in this industry.

She is currently a partner in Properties Title, LLC based out of Sarasota, Florida. She also owns a title services and consulting firm, FLA Title Girl, LLC.

Nicole currently holds a title insurance license and a real estate brokers license in the state of Florida. She attended Hillsborough Community College and the University of South Florida. Her current membership affiliations include Florida Land Title Association, Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee, Sarasota Women’s Council of Realtors and Republican Women's Club of Sarasota.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with both her children and family, going to Tampa Bay Lightning, Bucs and Rays games. Her interests include supporting local charitable and community development efforts, gardening, cooking, yoga and beach days. .

Maury Azerad
General Counsel- Owner

Maury is a Sarasota native with strong ties to the community and enjoys having many family members and friends in the immediate area. Maury attended Sarasota High then matriculated to The Florida State University to study business and real estate, earning a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from FSUs College of Business. After completing his degree at Florida State, Maurice attended New York Law School in Manhattan, then in 2008 transferred to Nova Southeastern in Ft. Lauderdale to complete his degree. Upon graduation, he began his legal career as a solo practitioner. Shortly thereafter Maury almost exclusively began to practice real estate law with smaller firms and founded Properties Title, LLC with Shaun Peens, Broker Fine Properties, and Nicole Brickhouse, Founder Brickhouse Title in 2019.

Rebecca White
Lakewood Ranch Office Manager

Rebecca joined Properties Title, LLC in May 2019 as the Business Development/Office Manager. Rebecca is originally from the Midwest and moved to Sarasota 35 years ago. Her knowledge and expertise come from her 25 years of business ownership including an insurance brokerage, and a #1 ranked nationwide franchise. Rebecca’s strengths lie in her ability to collaborate with all parties in a transaction to ensure their desired result, and her expertise in operations, management, staff, and personalized client services with the utmost professionalism. She continues to strive for excellence in her career, community, and family.
